While looking up these top ten ad agencies I couldn't help but mention one of them on here. DDB Worldwide has come up with many ad campaigns for McDonald's including one that started with a traveling little red balloon and ended up with McDonald's favorite french fries. Seems there aren't too many people who can resist the taste of McDonald's fries and I know when I see the commercials I can't help but to want to run out and pick some up.
I also looked up Ogilvy and Mather and found a really interesting and eye catching print ad for DOVE deodorant. It was a beautiful picture of a red delicious apple, and on the top were these ugly brown thorns. The underline print wanted you to buy the product in order to stop ugly bumpy irritation. I as a woman would think this ad would stand out to me. I am always looking for products that don't irritate my sensitive skin and I know other women do the same thing.
Young and Rubicam, Y and R for short, have come up with many advertising campaigns for tv for Bacardi Rum. My favorite Bacardi commercial would have to be the one about how to make a Mojito, but I saw another interesting one on the Y and R site. It looked very refreshing and the Bacardi and drink were splashing together and gave me a very cooking sensation. This commercial made me feel like after drinking this drink I would be re-hydrated.
